How does the points system work?

Our rewards points are managed through our portal and are tied to your customer account.

⭐ Earning points

You earn points when you:

• Make subscription purchases

• Maintain an active subscription

• Complete eligible promotions (when offered)

Points are automatically added to your account after the order is successfully processed.

🎁 Redeeming points

Points can be redeemed for:

• Discounts on future orders

• Free gifts such as Petal Cleaning Pods, Petal Teeth Whitening, etc.

• Exclusive subscriber rewards (when available)

Redemption options and point balances are visible in your Customer Portal.

⚠️ Important rules

• Points cannot be redeemed for cash

• Points have no cash value

• Points may expire or be removed if:

  • An order is refunded or cancelled

  • A subscription is cancelled

  • There is suspected misuse or abuse

🔐 How to check your points

1. Log into your Manage Subscriptions portal

2. View your points balance and rewards under your account dashboard
