How do I manage my account?

You can manage your subscription anytime through your Customer Portal.

Access your account

  1. Go to Manage Subscriptions (link in your order confirmation email or site footer)

  2. Enter the email used at checkout

  3. Use the one-time login code sent to your email



What you can manage

In the portal, you can:

  • Pause or cancel your subscription

  • Skip an upcoming order

  • Change delivery frequency

  • Update payment method

  • Update shipping address

  • View past and upcoming orders

Changes must be made before your next billing date to apply to the upcoming shipment.



Common issues

  • Can’t log in? Make sure you’re using the same email from checkout and check spam/junk folders.

  • Order already processed? Changes won’t apply once billing or fulfillment has started.
