Petal Ultrasonic CleanerUpdated a month ago

How It Works:

The Petal Ultrasonic Cleaner utilizes ultrasonic waves that move through water to create tiny vacuum bubbles. As these bubbles form and burst, they produce pressure that helps clean surfaces without causing damage. Larger bubbles generate greater pressure and a more powerful impact when they pop, enhancing the cleaning effect. Various ultrasonic frequencies are applied depending on the type of object being cleaned.

For a more thorough clean, place a Petal Cleaning Pod in the ultrasonic cleaner with the oral appliance before starting the device. The Petal Cleaning Pod boosts the speed of the ultrasonic waves, making the cleaning process significantly more effective.

As the bubbles burst, they dislodge dirt, breaking it down into tiny particles that are released into the water. Always ensure the lid is closed before turning on the Petal Ultrasonic Cleaner. The UV light located on the underside of the lid will eliminate 99.9% of bacteria, pathogens, and viruses during the cleaning process.

Cleaning time is about 5 minutes.

How to Use:

  1. Plug in the power cord. The white indicator light will turn on and pulse in breathing mode, indicating the product is in standby.

  2. Fill the water tank with clean water, ensuring the items to be cleaned are fully submerged. Fill to the MAX line, but do not exceed the MAX water level line inside the tank.

    1. Failure to fill to the MAX water line with less water may damage your retainer, aligner, denture, etc.

  3. After each cleaning session with your Petal Ultrasonic Cleaner, allow 10 minutes of cool down or your cleaner may overheat and damage the product you are cleaning.

Quick Clean Mode:

  • Press the ON button to start with one click.

  • Both blue and white lights will turn on, and the Petal Ultrasonic Cleaner will enter a 5-minute cleaning cycle, shown as 300 seconds on the digital display.

  • During this cycle, ultrasonic waves and UV light will clean your appliance(s) simultaneously. After cleaning, the machine will automatically switch to standby mode.

 Deep Clean Mode:

  • Press and hold the ON button until the white light flashes blue.

  • The digital display will show 600 seconds, and the cleaner will enter a 10-minute deep clean cycle.

  • The machine will vibrate intermittently for 5 seconds, pausing for 2 seconds, while the ultrasonic waves and UV light clean your appliance(s).

**Note:** If the cover is opened during cleaning, the UV light will not be directed at the appliance(s), reducing its effectiveness in eliminating bacteria, pathogens, and viruses.

 Interrupting Cleaning:

  • To stop the cleaning process early, press and hold the ON button to return the machine to standby mode.

**Tip:** A flashing white light indicates the machine is overheating. If this happens, allow the Petal Ultrasonic Cleaner to cool for at least 20 minutes before resuming use.

 After Cleaning:

  • Once cleaning is complete, remove your appliance(s) and rinse them under tap water to clear away loose particles.

  • Always pour out the used water after each cleaning cycle and refill the tank with clean water for each use.

  • Allow the machine to rest for 5 minutes between uses to prevent overheating.

  • After cleaning, pour out any remaining water from the tank and wipe the interior with a soft cloth. Do not use abrasive materials or detergents. Store the machine in a cool, dry place.

**Caution:** Water spilling into the machine can corrode the circuit boards and electronic components.
