Changing Your Address for Future Orders
If you have an active subscription or are planning a future order, you can update your shipping details anytime through your NewSmile Self-Serve Portal.
Log in to your account.
Navigate to the Addresses or Subscription tab.
Update your primary shipping address.Note: Changes made here will apply to all future shipments and upcoming subscription renewals.
Changing an Order Already Placed
We move fast! Once an order is placed, it is sent almost immediately to our fulfillment center to get your NewSmile gear to you as quickly as possible.
The "Processing" Window: We can only make manual address changes if your order has not yet entered the "Processing" stage. This window is very small.
Once Processed: Once our warehouse begins processing or packaging your order, redirection is no longer available. * Failed Deliveries: If an order is shipped to an old or incorrect address provided at checkout, we are unable to redirect it in transit. We recommend reaching out to the carrier (USPS/FedEx/UPS) once you receive your tracking number to see if they can hold the package for pickup.

Always double-check your shipping info at checkout! NewSmile is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered by the customer, though we will always do our best to help you find a solution.
