Return shipping label is missing / not workingUpdated a month ago

Don’t worry — we’ll get this sorted quickly.

First, please check:

  • That the label is being used with the correct carrier listed on it
  • That the label has not expired and hasn’t already been scanned or used


If you still don’t have a label, or it won’t scan:

Please contact our support team and include:

  • Your order number
  • The email used at checkout
  • A quick note confirming whether the label was missing or not working

We’ll reissue a new prepaid return label as soon as possible.


Important notes:

  • Prepaid return labels are provided only for impression kit returns
  • Please do not ship your kit back without contacting us first, as untracked returns may be delayed or lost

Once you receive the new label, follow the instructions provided and drop off your package with the designated carrier.
