How do I track my shipment?
You can track all shipments directly from your account, including:
• Impression kit delivery
• Return impression shipments
• Aligner shipments
• Retainer shipments
• Night guard shipments
There are a couple of ways to track:
- To track your order by click on Track Order in our Help Center.=
- Log in to your account here:

• Select your order
• Click on the tracking link provided
Tracking updates are provided by the carrier once the package is scanned into their system.
If you do not see tracking information in your account, please contact our team and we’ll assist you.
