How do I track my shipment?

You can track all shipments directly from your account, including:

• Impression kit delivery
• Return impression shipments
• Aligner shipments
• Retainer shipments
• Night guard shipments

There are a couple of ways to track:

1. To track your order by click on Track Order in our Help Center.=
2. Log in to your account here:
   Login here >
   
   • Select your order
   • Click on the tracking link provided

Tracking updates are provided by the carrier once the package is scanned into their system.
